深圳中山泌尿外科医院
深圳中山医院成立于1986年3月。中山医科大学附属第一医院派出以梅骅教授为首的医疗专家团队，建立了包含内科、外科、骨科、肿瘤、妇科、儿科、中医、口腔、五官科等多学科的中山医科大学深圳医疗中心。1997年将医疗中心升级为医院，由“中国试管婴儿之父”、中山医科大学庄广伦教授亲手创建了试管婴儿中心。2003年医院改制，更名为深圳中山泌尿外科医院。
在深圳市政府的支持下，2009年医院搬迁至深圳市福田区福强路1001号，医院面积由4000平方米扩大到10000余平方米，医院核准床位达80张。现有医务人员300余人，其中高级职称医疗人员19人，博士15人，硕士42人，人才梯队合理、技术力量和科研力量雄厚。医院拥有价值近8000万元的先进医疗设备，大部分都从德国、美国、意大利进口。
建院30多年来，医院在泌尿外科、生殖医学领域取得了丰硕的成果。医院建立了“深圳市博士后创新实践基地”，市卫人委批准泌尿外科和生殖实验室为“深圳市医学重点学科(重点实验室)”;生殖医学中心获深圳市科创委批准建立“深圳围着床期生殖免疫重点实验室”;获市卫人委批准医院与复旦大学妇产科医院共建生殖免疫联合研究中心。生殖医学中心分别于2015年、2017年、2018年获深圳市科技进步奖一等奖、全国妇幼健康科技进步二等奖、中华医学科技二等奖。医院连续8年荣获深圳市医保信用等级AAA单位。
医院今后将以生殖中心为重点发展方向，凭借强劲科研实力，进一步提高试管婴儿技术的成功率，为更多不孕不育患者缔造健康试管宝宝。
The establishment of Shenzhen Zhongshan Urology Hospital can be traced back to 1986 in March. At the invitation of the Shenzhen Municipal Government, the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhongshan Medical University dispatched a medical experts team headed by Professor MEI Hua to establish the Shenzhen Medical Center of Zhongshan Medical University. The Shenzhen Medical Center provided various medical services including urology, internal medicine, surgery, orthopedics, oncology, gynaecology, pediatrics, Chinese medicine, oral cavity and ENT. In 1997, the Medical Center was upgraded as a hospital. At that year, the father of Chinese IVF and Professor of Zhongshan Medical University, Professor ZHUANG Guanglun established the IVF center in this hospital, which is the first IVF center in Shenzhen. In 2003, the hospital was reorganized and renamed as Shenzhen Zhongshan Urology Hospital.
In 2009, the hospital moved to No. 1001, Fuqiang Road, Futian District and the hospital area was expanded from 4,000 square meters to 10,000 square meters with 80 hospital beds. Currently, there are more than 300 medical staff, including 19 senior medical staff, 15 doctors and 42 masters. It is well known for its talent team, excellent and strong technology as well as scientific research strength. The hospital possesses numerous advanced medical equipments worth nearly 80 million yuan, most of which are imported from Germany, the United States and Italy.
Over the past 30 years since its establishment, the hospital has achieved fruitful results in the fields of urology and reproductive medicine. The hospital established the “Shenzhen Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base”. The Urology and Reproductive Laboratory was approved as “Shenzhen Medical Key Discipline (Key Laboratory)” by the Municipal Health Commission. The Reproductive Medicine Center was approved by Shenzhen Science and Technology Commission to establish “Shenzhen Key Laboratory for Reproductive Immunology of Peri-implantation". Approved by the Municipal Health Commission, the hospital and the Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University jointly established a joint research team on reproductive immunity. The Reproductive Medicine Center won the first prize of Shenzhen Science and Technology Progress Award, the second prize of National Maternal and Child Health Science and Technology Progress Award, and the second prize of Chinese Medical Science and Technology in 2015, 2017, 2018, respectively. In the last 8 years, the hospital has been continually awarded as the Class AAA in the Shenzhen Medical Insurance Credit Rating
In the future, the hospital will focus on the development of the reproductive center. With strong scientific research strength, the hospital will further improve the success rate of IVF technology and create a healthy “tube baby” for more infertile patients.
