The founding secretariat period runs from the formal launch of AARI in Shenzhen through the next congress in Japan.
Coordinates secretariat functions, communication, and member services during the 2025-2027 period.
At the 2027 ACRI in Japan, the Japanese congress chair will assume the AARI presidency under the rotating leadership model.
